Sprints 2025 - timetable and projects selected

Hi all
This topic will (slowly) be updated with news about the 2025 Sprints.
There will be at least 24 Sprint events, taking place over the same weekends when F1 races occur with each Sprint starting one day before the F1 race weekend start day.

Hi all
The start times of the F1 races for 2025 have now been announced.
Unfortunately, the 2 websites where I found the times listed only showed them in either local time (in each country) or in UK time.
But luckily the McClaren website has now listed the times in GMT (which is the same as UTC)

So, I'm going to have to work backwards from this, so as to calculate the expected race finish time (2 hours after the start time) in UTC format.

I'll edit the Sprint dates and times on the website in the next few days.
Notes:
The expected F1 race FINISH time dictates the END time for the Sprint and hence this also affects the START time of the Sprint. Likewise the Sprint START DATE is FOUR days before the F1 race date.

The first Sprint of 2025 starts on 13th March and the process of project selection has begun.
As before, each project will be announced at the official start time of each Sprint.

Hopefully we can get off to a good start and I hope that the various projects involved (with both the Marathon and Sprints) can benefit from our collective processing efforts.

The project for Sprint #1 has been randomly selected and the admin has confirmed they will be able to support the demand for the supply of work units.
So, make sure that you visit this page as from 06:00 UTC on 13th March.

Possible track issue. Race start has been delayed but unfortunately no message from the race direction )
