Rosetta currently has 347055 WUs in progress. They just have too many straws in the milkshake. It'll work better than the majority of the other smaller projects.
It's not just "too many straws in the milkshake", they have almost no new work coming in from their contributors. It's so little that their regulars are complaining in their forum, never mind with the extra load of a sprint.
It only takes a couple of mouse clicks to check a project actually has work before nominating it for a sprint, and the same to check it before actually calling the spring on the project.
You know, Enigma has zero work and even less involvement from the project admins right now, how about we call that for a sprint!

The challenge will be, who is able to find the Website of Enigma
Sprints may be becoming a thing of the past now that individual computers are becoming so powerful. Few admins will want to invest what it takes to handle loads that are very brief and intense.
Having League 1 sprinting the same project as League 2 & 3 is a recipe for disaster. All but a couple of the remaining projects are so small having all three leagues sprinting them at once will be a mess.
