When ranking in FB a project ?

Hi,

I start whis this simple question : what must have a project to be ranked in Formula Boinc stat ?

For now, all projects, if they have enought credits, are automaticaly added in the FB race.

In my opinion, im not that sure, all projects desserve to be the goal of the race between some teams.
But as u can see, for the moment even if most of AF member don't crunch on it, they still here.

I hope with this subject, we'll can find an international rules, that we can apply on every projects.

for me its ok like it is. Make your recommandation (in english), but add the project.

I don't care if a company makes a lot of mony with boinc until the results are ok. Something like they find a good medicine against cancer.
But i care if the make some cracking, games or they do nothing with the results.
At moment i can decide myself, if i give them some cpu time or not and that's ok for me.

Im agree with ya, we can decide by ourself,

But sometimes, there's some trouble with admin project. We had one example in the past, with an admin, totally in his world. This guy do not allow Forum comments, delete some account and rest.

This project don't deserve our power.

Anyway, we need more team to discuss together.

Besides the numerical stuff:

• Project should have a forum/board and uses it for communication, no autistic projects without interaction
• Project does crunching in it's proclaimed field of science, not like currently Goldbach
• Project makes it's results public available, imho necessary free for all to use
