It's ok to use any format if a lot of dates are on the screen. But if I'm told "this will happen on 5/6/2022", when is that? It's about time the world fought back and stopped them using this. Same goes for Fahrenheit! "It's cold today, it's 25 degrees!" No, that's quite warm, but...

This is an international website, why are the dates for this year's sprints in American M/D/Y format? According to Wikipedia, the USA is the only country to use that. The orient uses Y/M/D, and the entire rest of the world uses D/M/Y. It's important we don't get the wrong starting dates!
